Testimonials

Hwee ling kept to the time for activities and managed to fill and give relevant examples. When questions or doubts are raised, it is answered clearly too. During training, pace is good and the flow of content and reference to notes is good and systematic. Comfortable. Examples given are relevant but if can give more will be even better. Thank you.

Nicholas is able to give a lot of examples and I am sure he is very experienced. But the flow of notes when teaching is a bit messy for me. When doing activities, might need to note to keep to time.? Thank you.

I think Hwee Ling and Nicholas complement each other in terms of their different approaches. For Nicholas, he drew examples from more familiar local case scenarios. For Hwee Ling, she provided scenarios from some PDPC's cases. These approaches plus the mixed / changed breakout sessions allow participants to benefit from both approaches.

Hwee Ling has a very keen and sharp, analytical mind. Quite experience and together with Nicholas make the pairing teaching interesting. Interesting insight that allow candidate to have a sudden inspiration-Eureka, why didn't I see it from that angle. A pleasant lecturer to know and ask.

Have a good sensor of humor. The subject was a dry subject with more laws and applications. DPIA is not as easy as it is seemed to be, the stringent standard is almost like HACCP, could compare BRC standard with CIPPA. If there was more time, maybe can share more real life example or case scenario. Please keep up the good work. While there are limitations bound by legal obligations, a DPO needs to more than the current course have to offer to become an effective DPO. The journey to be a DPO is not easy and challenging.
